very handsome Limoges box represents a SEWING BOX with a
PAIR OF SCISSORS and a SPOOL OF THREAD on top.
Inside is a painted NEEDLE with READ THREAD. This
beautiful Limoges box is artfully and colorfully
hand-painted with great detailing and has been fired
numerous times to achieve its brilliant colors. The box is
adorned with intricate metalwork and an ornate SCISSORS clasp.
This Limoges porcelain box is meticulously crafted entirely
in Limoges, France and bears the insignia of the artist.
