DESCRIPTION:
This
exquisite Limoges box represents
a book about PARIS, Ville Lumiere, (THE CITY OF LIGHT) with
images of the EIFFEL TOWER, the SEINE RIVER, the MOULIN ROUGE
on the cover. Inside is a painting of the famous Paris
landmark, the CHAMPS ELYSEES avenue with a RED TOUR BUS
traveling towards the ARC DE TRIOMPHE.
This handsome Limoges box is artfully and colorfully
hand-painted with great detail and has been fired numerous
times to achieve its brilliant colors. The box is
adorned with intricate metalwork and an ornate clasp. This
Limoges porcelain box is meticulously crafted entirely in
Limoges, France and bears the insignia of the artist.
