DESCRIPTION: This outstanding Limoges box represents a BEEFEATER ENGLISH
PALACE GUARD. The
YEOMAN BEEFEATER is portrayed standing guard in the GUARD
HOUSE. This
exquisite Limoges box is artfully and colorfully hand-painted
with great detail and has been fired numerous times to achieve
its brilliant colors. The box is adorned with intricate
metalwork and an ornate CROWN clasp. This Limoges
porcelain box is meticulously crafted entirely in Limoges,
France and bears the insignia of the artist.
