DESCRIPTION:

exquisite Limoges box represents a very handsome
HARPSICHORD. The top of the instrument is beautifully
hand-painted with a COUPLE IN A ROMANTIC GARDEN SCENE.
Inside
are some painted MUSICAL NOTES.
This beautiful Limoges box is artfully and colorfully
hand-painted with great detail and generous use of 24K Gold
embellishments and has been fired numerous times to achieve
its brilliant colors. The box is adorned with intricate
metalwork and an ornate clasp. This Limoges porcelain box is
meticulously crafted entirely in Limoges, France and bears
the insignia of the artist.
