This very charming Limoges box depicts a handsome
JAPANESE GEISHA LADY seated in a a RICKSHAW.
The beautiful lady is dressed in a colorful
KIMONO. She is holding a BOUQUET OF FLOWERS.
When opened, a painted BONZAI PLANT is revealed. This
exquisite Limoges box is artfully and
colorfully hand-painted with great detail and has been fired numerous
times to achieve its brilliant colors. The box is adorned with
intricate metalwork and an ornate GEISHA LADY clasp. This Limoges porcelain box is
meticulously crafted entirely in Limoges, France and bears the insignia
of the artist. DIMENSIONS: 3 inches wide, 2 inches deep and 3 inches high. |
