Who is LimogesBoxCollector.com?
LimogesBoxCollector.com is a website owned by Grand Dezign, Inc. Grand Dezign is one of the largest importers of highly collectible French Limoges Boxes from Limoges, France. We offer the highest quality collectibles and strive to provide excellent customer service to each customer.

What is the List Price?
The List Price is the current market value of Limoges boxes.

What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept the following major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express.

Is my payment secure?
Yes.   Our online shopping cart is very secure. We use substantial security measures (including Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and encrypting) to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of data used in our systems.   Please see our Privacy Policy for more detail.

Is my personal information kept confidential?
Yes.   All personal information submitted to Grand Dezign (i.e., name, address, telephone number, credit card number, etc.) is kept confidential and only used for contact between Grand Dezign and you.   Any information you provide to us will never be shared with anyone else or sold to any other entity.

How will my item(s) be shipped?
All items are shipped via USPS.   Shipments to locations in the United States are made via USPS Priority Mail, insured.   Shipments outside the United States are made via USPS airmail, insured.   Expedited shipping (via FedEx) is also available.

Does sales tax apply to my purchase?
A sales tax of 9.25% will be applied to all items shipped to locations in the state of California.

Will I have to pay customs and duties?
If you live outside the United States of America your shipments are subject to import charges applied by your country.   Please check with your local customs office what these charges will be as every country has its own rules and regulations concerning duty charges.   (Please note: We do not declare our items as a "gift" or for a reduced value on customs forms).

Will I be shipped the same item as shown in the picture?
We make every effort to provide multiple images of every item.   All discontinued figurines are photographed and advertised individually.   All current items are photographed once.   Due to stock rotation and the fact that we may have multiple quantities of some pieces, if they are very similar, we may provide an existing image for that item.   The item shipped will be the same figurine, same name, HN number, but since most items are hand made and hand painted there may be minor variations from the image shown.   If you have any particular concerns, please contact us by e-mail at info@limogesboxcollector.com or by calling our toll-free number (877) 294-4970 (US and Canada).

How do I know I am getting an excellent condition piece?
We carefully examine all items for chips, cracks or restoration.   We describe the condition of every item clearly and fully.   If an item has any restoration work, we describe it so that you know exactly what you are purchasing.   We will never knowingly sell you a piece as in excellent condition if that is not the case.   If you do receive a piece deemed in excellent condition by Grand Dezign and it does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 7 days of its arrival.

Condition of Limoges Boxes
Every Limoges box is unique and can differ slightly from another made from the same mold and by the same artist. There may be slight color variations or features in identical Limoges boxes. All Limoges boxes are hinged by hand and, therefore, the hinge may have slight variations in size and shape. We guarantee our Limoges boxes to be in excellent condition (i.e., without any cracks, hairline cracks, chips, breaks, etc.)

What is our refund policy?
We provide multiple photographs of each piece and describe the Limoges box in detail, including dimensions, so as to provide an informed and pleasant buying experience.   In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days from receiving your piece and we will be happy to offer an even exchange, when available, or a full refund (excluding shipping costs).
