Black French Poodle on Pink Cushion (Beauchamp)

This exquisite Limoges box represents a BLACK FRENCH POODLE standing over a pink and gold cushion.  Inside is a painted DOG BONE on a cushion.  This handsome Limoges box is artfully and colorfully hand-painted with great detail and generous use of 24K Gold and has been fired numerous times to achieve its brilliant colors.  The box is adorned with intricate metalwork and a large ornate clasp.  This Limoges porcelain box is meticulously crafted entirely in Limoges, France and bears the insignia of the artist.
